Are your products 100% natural?
Yes! All of our products are made using only natural, plant-based, and mineral ingredients. We never use synthetic fragrances, parabens, or artificial preservatives.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Most of our skincare products are vegan, and all are cruelty-free. Some products may contain ethically sourced beeswax or tallow—please check individual product pages for full ingredient details.
Is your packaging sustainable?
We’re committed to reducing waste. Our packaging is recyclable and/or reusable whenever possible. We also offer minimal packaging options on request.
Do your products contain artificial fragrance?
No. We only scent our products with pure essential oils, which not only smell beautiful but offer natural skin benefits.
Can I use your products if I have sensitive skin?
Many of our products are formulated with sensitive skin in mind. However, we always recommend doing a patch test before full use, especially if you have allergies or reactive skin.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Because we don’t use synthetic preservatives, most products are best used within 6–12 months of opening. Keep them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the UK. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future—stay tuned!
What’s your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare items. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
