Pure Rose Water Facial Toner is a single-ingredient, steam-distilled Rosa damascena hydrosol. It contains no added alcohol, synthetic fragrance or preservatives and is UV treated for safety.

The fine mist gives skin a light, water-based refresh after cleansing or during the day. Rose hydrosol naturally contains trace aromatic components including citronellol, geraniol, linalool and eugenol, which create its characteristic floral scent.

Laboratory research on Rosa damascena hydrosol reports effects on stimulated inflammatory cells, while a human hand-rubbing study did not demonstrate antibacterial action. Papaya therefore presents this as a refreshing botanical toner, not an antiseptic or a treatment for redness, pores or infection.

Spray over clean face and neck or apply with a cotton pad, avoiding direct contact with the eyes.
